Circular rather than hierarchical, the Matrix maps interconnected spaces — Context, Emotions, Singularity, Identifications, Meta — and adds the dimension of time: we are the story of what we have lived and of what we are moving toward. It gives coaches, therapists, and trainers a structure and concrete leverage for working at the identity level, where classical approaches reach their limits.
